Aftercare Services

Cremation Services

  • Your pet will be transported your pet to the crematorium for you.
  • Cremation fees are in addition to the in-home euthanasia fee & travel fee.
  • Dr. Hemsley does not arrive with an assistant. Therefore, if your pet weighs more than 50 pounds, she may ask for assistance moving your pet.
    • In the event additional assistance is needed moving your pet, outside your availability, please let us when scheduling your appointment.
      • Additional help can be coordinated.

Additional Fees May Apply To:

  • Clay paw or nose print(s).
  • If an assistance is required to transport your pet.
  • Appointments that are scheduled on certain holidays.
  • Agape offers a variety of Urns & Pet Keep-Sakes.
    • If you would like to choose a custom urn or purchase keepsakes, please visit Agape Pet Services website prior to your pet’s appointment.

    Includes consultation with Dr. Hemsley for any questions or concerns you or your family members may have. This fee includes medications to help your pet relax and provide for a peaceful passing. Estimates are provided upon request. Travel fee is NOT included

    Your pet will be cremated privately and their ashes will be returned to you.

    Pets 0-5 pounds:         $270

    Pets 6-50 pounds:         $288

    Pets 51-100 pounds:         $335

    Pets 100-125 pounds:         $384

    Pets over 125 pounds:         Call for Quote

  • Communal Cremation

    This option is if you’d like your pet’s remains cremated and do no wish to have their ashes returned.

    Pets 0-5 pounds:           $72

    Pets 6-50 pounds:           $131

    Pets 51-100 pounds:           $175

    Pets 101-125 pounds:           $195

    Pets over 125 pounds:           Call for Quote

  • Hospice & Palliative Care

    Pet Hospice & Palliative Care is for patient’s who have been diagnosed with a terminal disease, have an unknown, debilitating disease or when a potential curative treatment has failed. The pet’s quality of life & pain management, as well as, client’s goals and beliefs are discussed. Dr. Hemsley will review your pet’s medical records and perform an examination in order to advise a treatment care plan best suited for your pet and family. Some pets may benefit from alternative modalities such as acupuncture, please let Dr. Hemsley know if you are interested in incorporating this into your pet’s care plan.
